End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Isolinovation Apps. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Acknowledgment
You and Isolinovation Apps acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded between you and Isolinovation Apps only, and not with Apple or Google, and Isolinovation Apps is solely responsible for the App and the content thereof.
2. Scope of License
Isolinovation Apps grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded or Android-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the respective App Store Terms of Service.
3. Maintenance and Support
Isolinovation Apps is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the App, as specified in this Agreement or as required under applicable law. You acknowledge that Apple or Google has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
4. Warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. Isolinovation Apps does not warrant that the functions contained in the App will meet your requirements or that the operation of the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Isolinovation Apps be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the App.
